Meetings are held quarterly usually in The Lodge, Hampage Farm, Ovington SO24 0HY at 7.30 p.m.
Agendas will be uploaded here three working days prior to the meeting and on the Parish notice boards.
Minutes will be uploaded in draft format within 30 days of the meeting and in final format once they have been ratified at the next meeting.
